Types of Classes

We run a timetable of friendly and welcoming, daily, mixed group yoga classes. We offer classical hatha yoga taught in the Sivananda tradition. Whether you are brand new to yoga or you have been to lots of classes, whether you are very flexible, or very stiff, old or young, fat or thin, EVERY BODY is welcome to attend these classes

Our beginners focussed sessions run as 5-week courses designed to give you a step by step gentle introduction to Sivananda yoga. These courses helps you build confidence as you learn the basics. Beginners are also welcome in the mixed group drop-in classes which are designed to allow everyone to learn together and from each other

Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to really make sure that your individual needs are being met in your yoga practice and work especially well for those of you who need to move at a different pace for whatever reason than the group class can allow for, such as those of you in larger bodies, in recovery from an illness, during pregnancy and so on…

Our mixed group drop-in classes are dog friendly meaning you can bring your dogs along with you to class although please do make sure you read our rules and regulations before coming along.
