Meditation & Pranayama Group Practice

Mondays 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. Meditation & Pranayama

Free or by donation 

A 30-45 minute structured self practice meditation and pranayama session. A teacher will be present and limited guidance will be offered. We will practice the pranayama exercises Kaphalabhati and Anuloma Viloma and a silent meditation. Some previous experience of the pranayama exercises is needed to attend these sessions and the ability to practice them on your own. Not suitable for absolute beginners.
