Start your day the yogic way

Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

Traditionally yoga is practiced at the early break of dawn when the earths energy is subtle and has a magical quality. Early morning is a richly rewarding and powerful time to work with asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation.

Recommended morning routine

  • Set your alarm

  • Snooze twice max, but never turn the alarm off and go back to sleep!

  • Instead climb out of bed, give yourself a pat on the back, and make yourself a congratulatory honey lemon and ginger drink

  • Wash and dress

  • Come to yoga

  • Feel the benefits all day long!
