Traditionally yoga is practiced at the early break of dawn when the earths energy is subtle and has a magical quality. Early morning is a richly rewarding and powerful time to work with asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation.
Recommended morning routine
Set your alarm
Snooze twice max, but never turn the alarm off and go back to sleep!
Instead climb out of bed, give yourself a pat on the back, and make yourself a congratulatory honey lemon and ginger drink
Wash and dress
Come to yoga
Feel the benefits all day long!
