At the Light Yoga Space we offer ongoing 10-week beginners courses. These courses offer a thorough step by step introduction to the theory and practice of Sivananda yoga. We explore breathing and relaxation exercises and the 12 classical yoga postures of the Sivananda class sequence. This course offers a thorough introduction to Sivananda Yoga and it is the perfect foundation for a strong Sivananda yoga practice. You need to be booked onto the full course to attend these classes.
