This is a class for regular students to explore a more dynamic pace and more fun postures and variations. This class is fine for intermediate students who have been practicing for over a year and who have had a regular practice for a while. Whilst headstand variations and will be practiced in each session it doesn't mean you have to have mastered the pose to attend. Be prepared to practice at your own pace. Not suitable for beginners but everyone else is welcome.
