About Keshava 

Keshava (Peter) Weitgasser was a former Swami (monk). He has been a full-time Yoga teacher since 2000. He worked in the European Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers for more than 16 years and has taught  thousands of students in their teacher training courses and in Yoga retreats all over the world. His natural teaching style is supportive, precise, refreshing and dynamic

Day Schedule

1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Advanced Pranayama Practice

Experience how breathing with awareness harmonises the mind and boosts our energy to flow in the right direction, Learn the bhandas (locks), and some other new breathing exercises to help powers of concentration.

2:30 - 4:30 p.m. Yoga class: The Meditative Asana Experience

Experience how holding the posture steady over a longer time helps us to find peace and balance of mind! The 12 Sivananda Asana practice releases unknown sources of energy and leads to a whole new feeling of physical well-being.


5:00 p.m. Satsang, meditation and mantra chanting, and a talk on "Prana, Nadi's and Chakras" followed by a delicious, homemade, healthy vegan meal 

The essence of all yoga exercises is the flow of life energy, called prana. Prana is the subtle energy that vitalises both body and mind, it flows in the Nadis (energy channels).

A word from Raksha. "Born into a traditional Gujarati family I was cooking from a very early age, with knowledge passed directly from mother to daughter. You could say I enjoy cooking... Born in India now living in London I have been part of the Sivananda organisation for over 10 years where I teach cooking workshops and regularly cook for special programmes and teachers training courses "

Anyone who has tasted Raksha's meals will know know lucky we are to have her offer her time for our programme. All food will be an Indian vegan taste explosion.
