Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to really make sure that your individual needs are being met in your yoga practice.
Whilst it can be really inspiring and energising to practice with other people, group classes don't necessarily work for all people at all times in their lives. Sometimes we need a little bit more one-on-one attention to really get the most out of our practice.

Private sessions can be for just you, or for you and a friend. Sessions can be just to focus on your yoga practice or can include meditation, pranayama, positive thinking, simple mantra chanting, deep relaxation and stress management techniques. They can be your deeply nurturing, bespoke private practice, that moment in your week where you truly connect to the deepest aspects of yourself.
