Class 2: Focus on the Sun Salutation
Class 3: Focus on Forward Bends
Class 4: Focus on Backward Bends
Class 5: Focus on Twists Standing and Balancing poses
Class 6: Focus on Inversions
Class 7: Focus on correct breathing
Class 8: Focus on Relaxation
Class 9: Focus on a yogic diet
Class 10: Focus on positive thinking & meditation

Course Description
This Beginners’ Course will be a thorough introduction to the theory and practice of Sivananda yoga. All are welcome no previous experience is necessary.
Note: If you miss a scheduled session on the course you can make it up at any of our other beginners or open drop-in classes for the duration of the course.
