Monday Meditation & Pranayama Group Practice

A 30-45 minute structured self practice meditation and pranayama session. A teacher will be present and limited guidance will be offered. We will practice the pranayama exercises Kaphalabhati and Anuloma Viloma and a silent meditation. Some previous experience of the pranayama exercises is needed to attend these sessions and the ability to practice them on your own. Not suitable for absolute beginners. Free or by donation
