Meditation & Pranayama
Daily Group Practice
Mondays - Thursdays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
This will be a 1hr session of meditation and pranayama. A teacher will be present and a small amount of guidance will be offered although this is mainly a self-practice opportunity. We will begin with 30 minute practice of the pranayama exercises Kaphalabhati and Anuloma Viloma, followed by a 20 minute guided silent meditation. Some experience of the pranayama exercises is recommended to attend this session. All are welcome.
