Beginners’ Drop-in Yoga Class
Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:45pm
This class is specifically for beginners, returners and for people who want a really gentle introduction to yoga.
Often after 5 or 6 beginners yoga classes (sometimes less sometimes more) people feel ready to join our open class.
We will practice the same postures in the beginners class as we do in the Open class only at a slower and gentler pace with beginners variations to help you develop flexibility and strength for some of the harder poses.
Everyone is welcome to come along to this class regardless of age, gender, ability, shape or size.
